Cashmere knitwear – the star of fashion desing

Warm during winter, and yet stylish

Warm during winter, and yet stylish

Cashmere knitwear has become the major star in 2007 and hasn’t left the stage ever since. XXL cashmere clothes like sweaters and cardigans are a must have for the A/W season. Ponchos should be in the top of your wishlist, too, and so are the extra-long cashmere scarves and shawls.

With the cold season knocking at the door, we start checking our wardrobe for something to keep us warm. We all have those thick winter sweaters that could save our lives in a snow storm: big and fuzzy, making us look like human teddybears. Although they are very useful in the cold weather, they don`t do as much good to our aspect. And if you happen to care about the way you look when you get out of the house, whether it`s for going to work or out with your friends, then poofy sweaters are out of the question. However, you can try wearing cashmere knitwear. Cashmere is a soft fabric of high quality used in clothing industry for sweaters, blouses, trousers and accessories like scarves, pashimnas, gloves and hats.

Why is this particular fabric better for your winter clothing? First of all, because it is extremely comfortable. When wearing a wooly sweater, you get the feeling you`re trapped inside it, you find it difficult to gesticulate and you can`t move easily. Cashmere is elastic enough to let you make the movements and the gestures you want. Judging by the fact that XXL cashmere knitting is a trend you can’t ignore, you can check comfort and freedom throughout the year, even during the winter.

Besides the comfort it offers you, cashmere also makes you look good on any occasion. It is that kind of fabric that goes well both during the day and during the night, without making you look out of place. On the contrary, cashmere knitwear has the great property of fitting any type of body, without emphasizing physical flaws. This is due to the elastic nature of the fabric combined with the extra softness, meant to keep you warm. Another advantage is that cashmere clothes look beautiful for a very long time. While wooly clothes lose their shape in time, cashmere knits keep their initial size and shape, don`t over wrinkle and stay soft throughout the years.

Since cashmere knitwear has remained in the trends for 2 years now, it is likely that it will stay on the `hotties` list for a longer while. Practically, there is no reason why it should go out of trend: it goes well with everything.

If you`re a man, you can wear the same knit at your workplace, with black, elegant trousers and on your spare time, with a pair of pre-washed jeans and massive boots.

If you`re a woman, you can wear the trendy XXL knitting with thick cotton stockings, with leggings, with skinny jeans or wavy, romantic dresses. Maybe next year we`ll have the cashmere dresses as a major shift. You take your old XXL knits, belt them tight on the waist and you`ve got yourself a new look. As long as we`ll have the cold season, there`s always going to be room for the very chameleonic cashmere knitwear.
